Statement of Practice

Civil trial practice emphasizing legal malpractice, aviation accidents, commercial disputes, serious injury/wrongful death, and mass torts such as the "fen-phen" diet drugs. Related appellate practice. Although we primarily represent plaintiffs on a contingent fee basis, we do represent both plaintiffs and defendants. Fee arrangements are made according to circumstances, on an hourly basis, a flat fee basis, or a contingent fee basis. We are licensed to practice in all Missouri, Texas and California state courts as well as numerous federal district and appellate courts and the United States Supreme Court. If not licensed to practice generally in a given court, we customarily obtain permission to practice in that court for the specific case in which our client is interested.
